Dean has been through the proverbial “mill”, having worked both in
the corporate world where he dominated in sales & management
and has also seen the greener grass of running his own businesses.
He’s experienced everything from being on top of the board in
management, to being in personal debt of over half a million rand.

schools don’t about the real world and the tools it requires to be a
successful entrepreneur. Dean is an advocate for young people finding their own feet and
excelling versus merely seeking employment and “adding to the
numbers”.
He uses his own experiences of severe trials and hardship as the
backbone of his teachings, showing the youth the exact errors they need
to be aware of and to avoid.
So inspiring was Dean’s never say die attitude. 
Dean has of the recent two years, travelled the world speaking to
thousands of entrepreneurs and CEO’s of major companies. He has
shared stages with the likes of Mel Gibson, Michael Douglas, Charlie
Sheen, and Steve Wozniack (co founder of Apple), amongst others.
With Dean now being an uberly successful businessman, he views his
mentorship program as a means of giving back to empower others.

successful from an early age.”
